Description: Teichichnus is a simple horizontally or obliquely oriented burrow that shows vertically to obliquely oriented spreite. Teichichnus is interpreted as a feeding burrow, probably made by a deposit-feeding bivalve, that moved its burrow up or down in a vertical plane for systematic feeding.
