I serve as lead administrator in the Department of Environmental Studies. My primary duties are:
Outside of work I am involved in a 4-year theology course known as EFM, which is offered through The Episcopal Church. I also direct the book club, called Novel Theology, at All Saints' Episcopal Church, Atlanta (www.allsaintsatlanta.org). I love foreign languages, and I love to travel, especially to Spain, which I've had the good fortune to visit on several occasions. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in German, cum laude, and in Journalism, from the University of Georgia. I also have a Master of Education degree. Swimming laps really floats my boat, so to speak, and I very much enjoy getting together with my parcel of good, kind, thoughtful friends on weekends for dinner and a movie. Life is a kick, and the Department of Environmental Studies helps to make it so.
