During Spring 2008 ENVS majors Gillian Locascio and Nicole Josko were inducted into the national Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and most prestigious of honor societies in the United States, having been founded at its start (1776). Only 10% of institutions in the U.S. have Phi Beta Kappa chapters, and only about 10% of students attending these institutions are asked to be in the society. Gillian and Nicole, we salute you.
